A new day full of energy to continue pedaling.
Leaving Lake Rapel we headed towards Linares , and although we knew that we would not arrive that day we tried to advance as much as we could, we arrived at a town called Santa Cruz , there I bought a repellent since the first night they attacked me mercilessly, we We supplied ourselves with water and went in search of a place to spend the night, we stayed on the banks of a river, we entered through a gate where apparently it was open all night and where there was no one, it was like an abandoned place, this was close from a place called La Patagua Norte , near that place there was a beautiful place but you couldn't spend the night there since in the same sector there was a motocross field, which we returned to the river bank. The next day we prepared a good breakfast and set out on our way with good energy.
It is our third day pedaling and we intend to get to Curicó , to get there we must pedal 50km according to the map, the first stop of the day was in the little town of Chépica , there I bought a tire for the bicycle since on the first day there were punctured 2 times in the same wheel since it was practically smooth, I also put a new tube in it to make sure. Our second stop was planned in the little town of Teno , which at one point faced a hill which made me stop about 3 times, and although the descent was the reward for that hill it was very exhausting, when we arrived at Teno we were in the square Resting for a moment, recharging energy, we were already a few km from Curicó, and when we left Teno we arrived at the Rauco Bridge , from that point there were 6km left to get to Curicó, but before we did a little brake to know where we would really go in search of the place to spend the night, it turned out that we made contact with a person via Facebook through a group, she offered us her help to stay in her house, without a doubt a welcoming and very friendly family, Javiera and Jorge were their names together to their children Santino and Valente, a family that extended their hand to us to spend a pleasant night, they fed us, we took a shower, among other things. A family that will undoubtedly remain in our hearts and minds.
